This area is close to everything. Has local shops/gyms etc and is a stones throw away from the centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve not had any issues so far that I’ve needed to report so no comment.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Storage is restricted but you can put stuff under the couch/on balcony’s if weather proof

Great location in the centre of Manchester, with easy access to all sorts of shopping/bars/restaurants and transport links. My inwards facing room never had any issue with noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very rare I had an issue, but was fixed on the day when I did.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If you use the gym, it does get very busy after work hours.

Bin collection is perfect. No unacceptable traffic noise. Easy to access to different supermarkets including Asda, Tesco, M&S, Sainsbury’s…

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick and speedy. Normally the team respond in a day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

All good. Just keep in mind no dishwashers in studio flats.

very close to town - amazing location. the parking underneath was helpful. Not much noise from the city either.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes - we had a leak and they sorted it straight away. very helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing we missed - it was great. parking spaces were a little tight.

The location is extremely convenient for city centre living and also close to Victoria train station

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Dandara living fix any problems with extreme efficiency and are super reliable

I didn’t realise how connected it was to different parts of the city which has made it easy to get around
