Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Proximity to the city center provides easy access to amenities like supermarkets, gyms, and transport links.Excellent public transport connections with nearby tram, train, and bus stops. Residential developments offer luxury apartments with high-quality amenities. Rent and living expenses in the area are among the highest in Manchester due to its central location. Parking can be expensive and hard to find, especially during peak hours.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There was some issues related to the toilet which was addressed within a day

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew there were socials happening earlier but stopped later but breakfast club, book club and crafts club are okay. However I am never able to get the booking ?

A good life

Trish B (Tenant)

Verified Resident

Dec 2024

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We are in central Manchester and everything is just a short walk away which is a huge perk. I love the community feeling of our building/street. The Lowry Hotel is next to us so celebrity sightings are common, and since I live on the inward facing side and pretty high up, I don't hear much noise at all. Bin collections are always on time, and hassle-free for tenants, which I absolutely love. Met some good friends through social get togethers hosted by the building management so all in all can't recommend enough.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Every request has been dealt with promptly and efficiently, no complaints here.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Can't think of anything, happy with everything really!
