Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is a good variety of local shops such as tesco/asda/m&s, local pubs and a train station 5 minutes away and bus stop on Chapel Street. Do not experience anti-social behaviour and traffic appears only during busy evening times.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have had no problems in my apartment but the maintenance team are on site which means there is little to no call time.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
During my viewing the onsite team were very informative and i felt comfortable moving in knowing everything.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Overall this place is excellent and conveniently placed in the city centre. There are lots of shops nearby! Furthermore it is a very peaceful location. I’ve been here now for 3 years and I’ve never had issues with rowdy behaviours, bin collections and traffic noise. There is plenty public parking nearby. I’d also like to say the gallery room is a very useful feature which I’ve utilised numerous times!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management almost instantaneously resolve issues, whether through email or telephone
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Only thing I wish I knew beforehand was parking availability for this complex but this was easily answered via a simple google search or conversation with the staff

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Amenities nearby are great, close to city centre, lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby! Just a shame about the Asda.. worth the extra steps to Tesco 😂
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Maintenance have been quick to attend however we did have a leak / hole in the bedroom ceiling for a month which wasn’t ideal.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Our balcony gets very limited sun! Should have gone for a south facing apartment

Paul, thank you very much for your review - and your patience with the ceiling repair - both are much appreciated. I hope that with spring not too far away now, you'll able to enjoy more quality time on your balcony and planning what to grow this summer and you'll continue to be very happy at Chapel Wharf.
