A Pleasant Living Experience

Jack E (Tenant)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything is within walking distance, including public transport (trams are 10-15 minutes, Salford central is 5 minutes and bus stops to most places are within 5 minutes walk) and town (NQ, barbers, food spots, Ancoats, Aldi, Lidl), Asda across the road for emergency snack runs. Not a lot of noise, residents are respectful, generally a happy place to live. Gym is good,

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always supportive, willing to listen and help. Helped me move flats within the development and heard my concerns.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

None, all was made clear and communicated. Perhaps the annual rent increase on contracts would be a useful thing to consider (or consider doing away with).

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good location, trains and busses close by. Lots of shops and restaurants near by and the city centre is a short 10 mins walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had few issues in the 3 years. We had a leak from upstairs that was resolved quickly by the maintenance team.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

High floors save you on electricity. You may pay more to be higher but you never need to put the heaters on!
