Location wise very good which includes shops, parking facility, transportation. Bin collections from the apartment is very good as they are maintaining proper timings every week. May be there are few tenants who are not maintaining the rules after repeated mails / communications from Apartment authority.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Communication for any queries is perfect, which is on time always

Green areas within the apartment complex is not sufficient

The location is very close to shops, stores, amenities, ATMs, restaurants, pubs and railway station. The place is safe and well connected through transport services , cabs and taxis. The development has parking but limited compared to the number of residents and many of them hang around on the waiting list to get car park.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are prompt and quick to respond and attend the issues

I really love the community and services and there are no regrets.

Charolais Garden, Gavel Drive was the best property we rented so far. They have the best of best amenities, appliances, and facilities. The flat gave us some very best memories, views, photos for us. The maintenance, property managers all are so friendly and fast in fixing any troubles. More, the best thing about the property is its sound proof, you can party hard with your friends with no distractions.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fast and apt. They respond to all our questions and issues so fast and give solutions

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The lift and the parking . If the parking rent was a bit less it would have been more efficient

It’s been nice living here, very clean apartments and modern. We’ve had no issues living here and it’s been over a year now! Parcel collection is easy too! Dont have to be home as it’s taken in by reception so love that! Everything’s so close as well and only 10 min walk from town. Train station is 2 minutes away which is so convenient never run late for a train ever!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very efficiently timewise. Had to call twice to sort light in bathroom out. But potentially miss communication rather than anything else

How hot the apartments get during summer. They get super hot btw

Great location - very close to the train station, with bus links on adjacent roads and a short walk into the town centre. Right next to a Tesco express which has most everyday items. However, parking could be improved as there are not enough parking spaces for all residents, so the streets around the complex are filled with cars, making travelling out of/into the property difficult.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always address the issue quickly and effectively.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything was explained to us and there were no surprises upon moving in.
