It would be nice for there to be more shared facilities on site such as a field or park.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good is that it’s in a prime location to be able to easily access exeter and Plymouth for work purposes. It’s also not far from the beach or countryside. In terms of the downfall there are not as many shops in the town as Id like which means we have to travel a bit of a distance to go shopping. The food and pubs here are excellent and there’s plenty of open space which was amazing during lockdown to go on walks

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How noisy the building work would be as it can be quite disruptive when working from home. Also just how sloped our garden would be as it’s not ideal

What is the best feature of your home:

Honestly the overall design of the plot is very aesthetically pleasing and it makes the area look neat and tidy. With our own personal home it would have to be the layout

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location of church walk is good.. not far from town or the moors.. but its very disappointing that there is no path that is safe to walk unless you walk for along time. My sons school is with throwing distance but would have to walk along a .busy road. The development should have thought about this and done a path out of the estate

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking is very poor

What is the best feature of your home:

Utilty room is a great feature and hallway. I dont think a downstairs toilet is needed.. a storage space would have been better

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a wide range of local shops, restaurants and open spaces near by, I feel like we could benefit from a small convenience store on site for those limited with travel etc. The area has transport links just outside of the estate which is convenient. Living on my street is very friendly and quiet, very good neighbours and all look out for eachother. Bins are always collected on time and left appropriately. I live on the main road and traffic is sometimes quite loud but wouldn’t say overly disturbing, I’m used too it now. Since living here there has been no anti social behaviour problems. Parking is very limited on site especially for visitors so could benefit from a few more spaces however I appreciate space is limited. I enjoy living here.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Better quality broadband providers would be beneficial but not essential.

Home is very central to access local shops, dual carriageway, schools and walks. Bus stop outside. Great location.

Leather jackets in the garden are a pest but landlord is working towards fixing the problem as a community.
