Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to town centre and train station, so very convenient location. Allocated parking available

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They don't care about you after you pay them and leave you to deal with the issues on your own

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Reputation of Seven Capital should have been known, I would not have invested

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's next to the mall so obviously very convenient for shopping, eating out, etc. The location is the main reason to live here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

they send someone around to fix issues that crop up pretty quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

moving in is a lot easier if the lift which goes all the way down to the is working. if its not working then you will have a tough time

Low rents due to issues

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is very central to Basingstoke with bus station and train station and shops nearby. Basingstoke is a thriving town and on a direct line to London. Excellent place to live

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The after sales staff are lovely and are very reassuring that issues will be resolved but they no nothing so to be blunt they unwittingly lie. In the end there is help for small easily resolved matters but for major issues there is no help

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that the value of the property would fall on purchase and would not have recovered years later, that no one can get a mortgage so it can only be sold by auction and at a loss

Stylish on outside- rotten on inside

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This building is of so low quality - you get a true shock after you move in! Very poor quality cupboards, appliances, everything is breaking. Laminate is uneven and gets all ruined from just walking on it, windows leak, water tanks need replacing hardly after a year of use. Noise coming from nearby bus station during the summer (can not close the windows!) and alarms from Festival Place will keep you lovely and sleepless for the premium rent!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have sent so many emails about safety, fire safety and niggling daily issues - nobody has bothered to reply. Abysmal

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how low quality everything was! Also it would be helpful to know it is unliveable during heatwaves

Don't stay here more than a year, nothing works. Good looking but poorly build

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is pretty mixed its great that its in the middle of Basingstoke with a shopping centre on the doorstep. The main problem is the town, Basingstoke is a commuter town so it is fairly urbanised. Little to do here. There are no local bakers or butcher, all cafes and restaurants are just chains. There is little family owned places, which makes it feel distant. Being so close to the mall, means that it gets very loud with drunks during weekend nights walking to the bus stop.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

My letting agency has been very good at fixing what is broken. But unfortanly most of the problems are down the the building owners and they are very lazy at fixing anything.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How poor the build quality is. I have gaps in my windows and breezes coming through the floor boards.
