Beautiful development in the heart of the country

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location of the development is excellent with easy links to the A38 and subsequent motorways. Close to Burton on Trent and all the facilities in the area plus you are within 5 minutes drive of major supermarkets. Life is so peaceful in the development. Everyone is so friendly with no issues with parking or anti social behaviour, the noisiest residents are the birds in the neighbouring water park. Fantastic development to live in.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Use the site managers experience of the build which will give you an insight into previous builds of the same house types.

What is the best feature of your home:

The space for a 3 bedroom house is exceptional, the house is light and bright and a delight to live in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to work, water park on the doorstep, shops and restaurants nearby, quick access to a38. Location is why we moved here

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I'd known that they only have 5 star rating because they go around the houses with hampers after people move in asking them to leave reviews

What is the best feature of your home:

House itself looks great and has a beautiful bay window on landing

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We love living in this area we have good access to everything we need. We particularly like the walks that surround us as we have a lively cocker spaniel.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I’m not quite sure what to put for this question!!

What is the best feature of your home:

We love our big window upstairs that lets in so much light. We also love that we have lots of garden space which we are gradually adding too to make our garden how we want it.

Quiet new estate

Jess O (Tenant)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are local shops within walking distance but the area of the development is in a quiet area that doesn’t have any specific shopping facilities. There is one restaurant at the opening to the estate which has a busy clientele that often park on the main road into the new estate, this doesn’t cause many issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is some minor noise from the a38 and the working by the water park but it’s barely noticeable unless all the windows are open.

What is the best feature of your home:

The large rooms are lovely. The foyer as you enter the house is the best space.
