How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responsive Management: The property management team is highly responsive to tenant needs. Maintenance requests are handled swiftly, and the staff is always friendly and approachable. It’s clear they take tenant satisfaction seriously.

Amenities: Corkfield Apartments comes with a great range of amenities like a fitness center, swimming pool, and communal lounge areas. The gym is well-equipped, and the pool is a fantastic place to relax during warmer months. There's also secure bike storage and ample parking.

The building situated near Cannon Hill Park. The development boasts a variety of on-site amenities, including a yoga room, meeting spaces, and dining area. It has excellent transport links with easy access to public transportation and major roads. However, the electricity bills are a bit expensive especially in winters.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They generally responds to resident issues in a timely and professional manner.

To be honest, I was aware of everything I currently understand.

there an aidi across the road , so its quite convenient to purchase items, surrounded by parks and gardens, good place for people who have pets

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

they responded quick and there will be a receptionist most of the time

there are not too many outlet sockets in the dining room

Love being close to canon hill park, and being near many shops like Aldi and Morrisons. One of the main things for me was being close to the University of Birmingham and being able to uni.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management is super proactive and caring. They genuinely care about your experience living in this apartment building.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that the bills are this expensive. I’m not sure if it’s the utility company they’re working with.
