Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice quiet area. Close to the countryside. Close to grocery shop, Aldi. Nice eateries around. Wish there were better bus services though. Also closest train station is a little drive, not close enough. Parking availability is readily available on the street. No traffic noise. Good neighbours so far.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

My car port doesn’t have an electric source. I wish I had a bigger garden

What is the best feature of your home:

Open floor/Living room area. It’s quite spacious. Quiet location of the property.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Positives are that it’s a nice friendly area with easy access to a supermarket/ post office etc, also 5 minute drive from Leeds castle which is nice. Downside for us is that there’s not really any parks within close proximity and also dog walks so have to go further away to mote park. Plans are in place to have a park on the development though which will be nice.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would have been handy to have been given window measurements prior to moving in so that we could order blinds ready for when we moved in.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature to our home I feel is the open plan downstairs. We were after this as it’s a lot easier when entertaining guests, not having to be in different rooms when preparing food etc.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have a lot of settling cracks in the house which is expected and will be sorted by the developer. My front door is very hard to close due to a poor installation. Overall, not a bad finish, some improvements would be nice, a larger fridge/freezer for example.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Double check plans for future changes being made by the developers.

What is the best feature of your home:

All appliances are all in place and work. light and airy.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area has an Aldi, Costa, Toby Carvery etc within a 5 minute walk, as well as a local pub. The transport links are slightly harder from here I personally drive so this doesn’t affect me however the local train stations etc require driving to. Bin collections are always on time, i havent had any issues with anti social behaviour or traffic etc, our street is lovely and all neighbours have been exstremly welcoming.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Exactly what houses were going to be placed behind our home.

What is the best feature of your home:

The open plan downstairs is much bigger than i thought, with a downstairs toilet to being a very social room.
