It’s in a lovely area that is close to many ranges of amenities. Shops near by, public transport is easy, parks ect. It has everything at your doorstep.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They was quite slow about it and some things we had to resolve ourselfs

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish we would have had a exact move in date. We had been waiting for months without an estimated date.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s brilliant, the site is just next to some shops which made shopping very convenient. Each houses came with a space to park and also came with a garage made parking easy. Overall, it did great!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

After I have raised a question about the horse on my kitchen, the building management didn’t respond quick enough to fix it, but at last it’s fixed.

How the house is planned for example: where is the kitchen located and how does it look.

The Glesson home are best in the area and very suitable for family and kids because they have very good gardens

It was good when ever I been contact them they come

I was heard about Glesson is good company when I move here I really see ther

Location is superb. Private, quiet transport lines easily accessible. Room sizes need to be bigger

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very fair and very prompt in their response. All issues reported have been resolved by Gleeson

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish the rooms were bigger. From the planning and viewing it wasn’t obvious how small the rooms would be until actual completion which was really disappointing. Also we got a four bed house it’s as much a 3 bed house that anything else cos the last room ant even be used as a room cos of the stair case taking up half of the room which knots own was really tiny.

Lots of shops and good for transportation, Parkway is just minutes away, 2 murders within 1 year of living here which is worrying

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have had no issues so can not comment on this unfortunately

2 murders within 1 year of living here isn’t great, nice neighbourhood next to a terrible one.
