Could be absolutely amazing - with some care and attention!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good facilities with the pub, parks, sainsburys, coffee shop etc. would be nice to get a chippy in the empty unit as I think the village needs one. More bus stops required, spaced too far between each other. One by the stray would be ideal!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had to contact them directly at this point.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The state of the roads and pavements. It’s worrying how long it’s going to be like this.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The range and quality of the shops is great, the lack of parking let’s it down.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes small issues are quick to be resolved by the after care team.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Check plans to ensure what else is being being built around your property and if you will be overlooked.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking can be a little tricky as you have people parking on both sides of the road. The community is generally okay only that the Facebook group can be a bit crazy and in the past been targeted by thieves especially cars Loads of Green space close to the country which is good and also close to the orbital for shopping. Loads of young families around which is good for community

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Still chasing issues from 6months ago which is pretty bad

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That their after sales is pretty rubbish

Overall a great place to live

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love my house and street (it’s so close to being finished after four years!!). However, the development and the state it’s been left in by the developers leaves a lot to be desired. Unfinished pavements after 4-5 years, raised ironworks, poor grass seeding etc and trying to get them to rectify so the council can adopt is time consuming and draining. Houses are well located with plenty of private parking or parking bays for visitors. Some inconsiderate locals park on the pavement but it’s very few considering the size of the development. Parking on my street is excellent and the neighbours are all very friendly and considerate. The promised pub is being built and looks amazing - the developers could learn a lot from the team building that! The local shop, hairdressers, barber and cafe are brilliant. Not much parking but for residents who walk there, it’s perfect. Local parks are great, ponds and wildlife stunning and the wildlife reserve is beautiful. Overall it’s a great place to live and I will be here for a long time despite the issues with the developer.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues raised with the management company have been dealt with promptly. The developer however has been slow, reluctant and lacking in any concern for the way things have been left.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We wish we’d known how the other neighbours felt about the estate and the developers before we moved in although this wouldn’t have stopped us buying our house as we love it!
