Poor running of public transport. We need local shops within the estate for easy access of groceries and other day to home needs.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Easy access to them and they answer in timely manner.

The closest shop is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. We were promised local shops but instead the land has been used to build houses. There is an estate bus but the service has been reduced and it no longer runs between 10.45am and 2.30pm. The estate is a safe and friendly community. Our street is very friendly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were responsive when we had a leak but some of the snagging list was not addressed and still had not been. We have given up on chasing these.

What the actual basic house looks like. The show homes are very deceptive and it would be good to see a basic finish and fully upgraded finish

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

No local shops, restaurants or bars as yet but development not complete and apparently there will be some in the future. The development is however very close to the town where there are ample of these facilities. The Berry Hill flyer bus service is fabulous and hope it continues. Parking a nuisance at times with developers parking on side streets. Bin collections good. No antisocial behaviour to report at time of writing. Traffic noise an absolute pain not from developers as let’s face it we did move to a new building site but from residents and their noisy exhausts!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes larger issues fairly promptly, smaller jobs got forgotten.

Council Tax banding! Had we known the road through David Wilson site wouldn’t be opened for so long might have had second thoughts. It’s like the M1 most days! Shame it couldn’t have been designed where a road opened onto the main elsewhere!

Currently there are no local amenities but hopefully this will change in the future

Yes but after 2 years slow response to any issues we have

Unfortunately there is no shops on the development just yet. But parking and traffic noise isn’t an issue.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

To somewhat degree. I do find them quite slow to respond
