Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
No traffics lights to cross as we have a main road and come cars in both directions. Difficult to cross the road with kids. Good things are close to two supermarkets and is a clean area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Responded very poorly and not efficient as the since we bought the house never stop to have issues, damp, humidity, very cold living room, door issues, pain issues, walls cracked, noisy stairs…. And a thousand more problems
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The quality of the materials and the construction. Bad mobile signal and internet speed. No bikes storage

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Area is nice however there aren’t many amenities in the actual dominion estate. The drains look messy and could do with tidying.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Absolutely awful. Had no help and have simply wormed their way out of any responsibility. Service received was appalling
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How awful the management company were and more about the warranty for the house

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
For local amenities the area is fantastic. A large supermarket including petrol station on side of the estate. Plus motorway access close by. Slightly further afield there is the Lakeside development with a whole range of shops and restaurants. It’s a fantastic area to live in. The only downside is that you do get motorway noise and also a large volume of traffic on the main road woodfield way. It can cause issues when trying to cross the road as there is no crossings of which there should be.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There is a limit on snagging time but i explained that i had communicated issues within the time that had not yet been resolved. But they didn’t care because i was now over the time limit.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Lots of houses too close together and can hear the neighbors door slam. The doors are next to each other and i think should have been on opposite sides to help with the noise.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
In between 2 big leading supermarkets, lakeside outlet 5 minute drive, town center 10 minute drive. Homeware store 2 minute drive and close access to motorway. Park located at the end of our street, isn't very well maintained though. Parking on our street is fine as we all have double drives and parking bays allocated. No traffic noise for us as our street is set back to the main road.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very poor, we reported our windows and doors and we were passed from pillar to post about who's liability it was until the guarantee was up. So we still can't cshut our upstairs windows and the patio doors..... absolutely rubbish.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That when you use help to buy you pay 20% of what you sell your home for not what you buy it for. Garbage that.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The development located between a large Tesco and Morrisons but doesn’t have any convenience stores. There are a few nice open spaces and I have not encountered any anti social behaviour in the 7 years I have lived here and there is minimal noise from traffic.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It is a lovely neighbourhood with minimal trouble.
