Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is fantastic and close to a wide range of amenities that cater to everyone. It is convenient and everything you need is within walking distance, but also has multiple transport links nearby should you need to go further out (train, tram, bus interchange). There is a large amount of parking availability and very minimal noise coming into the flat from traffic, which is impressive considering the flat is next to a main road. There has been no antisocial behaviour and everyone within the complex has been kind and respectful.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management have been very quick to respond to issues I have raised. Upon moving in, the fridge was not working, so I rang the concierge to request help. They had sent somebody to help immediately, and the issue was fixed within 30 minutes. It is reassuring to know that there is such a reliable team on hand.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It would be nice to know the demographics of people living here to know a bit more about who lives in the development, and who we would be having community events with. (Not sure if this is GDPR compliant though so may not be possible!)

So far living here has been amazing, the location is very central to the shops and bus station, I haven’t had any issues with finding my way around.

Bus station and tram are at walking distance. Walking distance to town centre. Parking is across the street which sometimes seems annoying to me.

Yes, they normally give a quick response and offers early solution to problems

No built in microwave oven. I have to buy a new for myself.

I feel very good here…it is quiet, clean, good view…there is security, the services provided are of high quality.

They are always there, fast and you always find the solution according to your needs.

Shared experiences are always good because we all appreciate the beautiful and wonderful spaces. Expectations were so high when coming to live here and the services offer us every day satisfy us and make me happy to live here.

As the apartment is near the city centre, shops restaurants and groceries stores are quite near. The tram stop is also a 3 mins walk which is convenient.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, very quickly. Any issue reported has been attended within 24 hours.

That the transport system connecting to Manchester is not the best.
