I feel very good here…it is quiet, clean, good view…there is security, the services provided are of high quality.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are always there, fast and you always find the solution according to your needs.

Shared experiences are always good because we all appreciate the beautiful and wonderful spaces. Expectations were so high when coming to live here and the services offer us every day satisfy us and make me happy to live here.

I’ve been living at upperbanks for about 2 months now and I’m extremely satisfied and happy about my decision to rent in this place. The community here is always so welcoming and friendly either you’re a tenant or just a visitor, there’s always some event going on at the weekends like movie nights and other fitness activities too. Love all the facilities provided here, there’s no traffic noise and everything is available right next to you from clothes shopping, grocery and health care products as you are living in the town centre. There’s no hassle for the bin collection as all your garbage goes in the bin room where there are all types of bins already there. Will totally recommend everyone for this place.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever I’ve got a problem with anything or have a question in mind the management is always there to help me with anything and with always a welcoming manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The good thing that I found out after coming here was all the friendly events that take place every weekend or after every two weeks. It makes you get know your neighbours well and be friends with them.

Walk out the door and you find the Riverside centre .An array of shops ,cafes,restaurants and bars .Transport links include the nearby metro and bus terminal .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven’t had the need to raise any issues as yet so can’t comment

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Pets are very welcome which is not typical in a lot of other rentals .

Very close to the centre of Rochdale close to shops, bars, restaurants so everything is within 5 mins walk from the development yet it is still quiet at night

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly for the things that could be done in house but the ventilation contractor repair is taking a long time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not really connected to living in the apartments but more to parking g and having a vehicle as car insurance very expensive due to using a public car park now gone up nearly double to when it was on private driveway and paying monthly for car parking adds to this. All other things are positive related to minimal noise between Appartments really and feels very comfortable. Maybe supporting tenants in setting up apps for heaters and anything else would be good even though I managed ok

The location is perfect, you’ve got supermarkets, restaurants, cinema, transport links all on your door step. Parking is no issue - it’s right across the way, there’s no noise from traffic at all.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Our water supply to the washing machine hadn’t been turned on for some reason and our radiators squeaked a bit. Front desk staff noticed it on our key handover and immediately mentioned they will ask maintenance to have a look. Within 24 hours it was sorted.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It’s a brilliant place to live, I didn’t realise how much of a well knit community it was or I would’ve moved in sooner.
