Great location although nit so great if you dint drive. Is some anti social behaviour on the development and parking issues most roads have no footpaths?

I think the design of the development is good with 2 entrances/exits and this definitely helps with traffic.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I think the transport links between southend and London are very convenient. i think we are given generous Parking and the estate doesn't feel to enclosed/cramped

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I moved in during the pandemic so services were limited but haven't had adequate resolution of the original issues raised.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent local facilities and transport links - both road and rail. Parking on Elizabeth Gardens is excellent with each property on the road having parking for at least 2 cars and in some properties including my own up to 5 spaces. Anti-social behaviour is limited as is traffic noise.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The developer could have designed out some overlooking

What is the best feature of your home:

Open plan ground floor, great size upstairs lounge with exceptional ceiling height and outdoor balcony, double size garage with room for the largest cars and overall size and functionality of all rooms

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There’s no anti social behaviour and it’s right near a train station. It’s very quiet with not much traffic noise, the parking is excellent but not many close shops

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

What is the best feature of your home:

It is very well built and doesn’t cost much to heat as the instillation is very good. It has a downstairs cloakroom which is very convenient.

Good location for rail to London.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good location for rail to London. Road traffic is busy and so access can be difficult. Rochford is a small town so shops, bars, restaurants are limited. Parking is difficult due to a small number of inconsiderate street parked cars.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had pushed back harder on the developer over faults, timeline, snagging etc. I wish I had had it in writing that the management company would produce annual accounts to show where all the money went as it hasn’t looked like it goes on the estate.

What is the best feature of your home:

Layout / design which flows well and gives an open plan feeling
