In school catchment zones, lots of local shops and main bus line less than a mile away. Can get a lot of traffic down main road. Parking is the biggest issue, no space for guests and visitors to park, so are forced to park on main road and cause obstructions.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Issue with leaking pipe in bathroom, raised via online portal, which took only a couple of hours to be picked up. On site builders/ plumbers came fixed problem almost immediately.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Ensure that if you buy turf that it is a good quality and if you have grass in front of your property. Make sure that top soil is deep enough for grass to survive.

Great area backing onto the countryside and within a 10 minute walk of the town centre. Off road parking too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

You log on the portal and someone contacts you within 5 working days.

Carefully consider the additional options relating to plumbing and electricity depending on the stage of your build.

Near supermarkets / amenities and near open fields for walking. Quiet at night. Grimsby is only 10 mins away by car and cleethorpes 20mins.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Site management have always been helpful and polite. Often respond within a few days. There was couple issues which took over a month to sort but this was down to extsternal contractors I belive, so overall good service from site management.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Pay a professional Snag checker to inspect the property before you move in. Wish I had done this. Try not to get caught up in the sale pitch and make sure you ask all the right questions. Make sure you get with anything details on the contract that may not be very clear.

There are plenty of shops around here. Really quiet aswell. Good parking.

The area is close to local shops and the leisure facilities. Bus stop is within walking distance. The street is quiet. No issues with parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have all been addressed. Some took a little longer but we were informed of the delay and the reasons for it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The neighbours can be a bit noisy running up the stairs. This is due to the design of the house as their stairs are located next to our lounge.
