Living in central Reading near the train station has its perks! I appreciate the variety of shops, restaurants, and bars in the area, which offer plenty of options for entertainment and dining out. Forbury Gardens provides a nice green space for relaxation and walks. The proximity to the train station makes commuting convenient, although it can get crowded during rush hours. Living on my street is comfortable. Overall, it's a decent neighborhood with its ups and downs, but I'm happy to call it home.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been prompt and efficient in addressing any issues I've raised.

I wish I would’ve known about popworld before I moved in and chose my room.

Ebb & Flow location is crucial to the surrounding services and shops. Such location fulfills the community needs for daily life style.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team are so responsive and cooperative.

All good, explored so many features after moved in that are greatly set.

( + ) Close to all the shops. ( - ) more homeless people disrupting people . It would be nice to live in area where you feel safe and secure.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond in a very quick and efficient manner.

The Team! The team made an amazing impact to me! accommodating, friendly and helpful especially Lisa.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s very close to town. The bus stop to uni is very close to ebb and flow, makes it easy for me to get to uni on time. I don’t have any problems with my place.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they’re very quick and use the building app for any concerns.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That students have to do a one year contract , I think there should be shorter contracts for students.

I would like to share my experience living at Ebb & Flow, conveniently located in the heart of Centre Reading. The location is exceptional, with all essential amenities just a short walk away. I would like to especially commend Yousra Ezzaki, who facilitated our entry process. Her professionalism and dedication were evident as she warmly welcomed us and efficiently addressed any challenges we encountered. Her exceptional support made our transition smooth and enjoyable.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not encountered any issues worth escalating to the building management.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It's advisable to have a UK bank account prior to moving into the apartment, as this will expedite the transfer of the initial payment. Having a UK bank account facilitates a smoother and quicker moving-in process. Also to a seamless move-in experience, it is important to communicate directly with the individual who will be taking over your moving process, especially in the event of any turnover.
