The building is a 10-minutes walk from the bus station and relatively close to the city centre. The areas behind the building are not so nice.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The few times I contacted them with issues I was given random excuses. In general, they do not want any responsibilities

The number of parcel thefts in the building, really making us all feel unsafe

Relatively close to the city centre but without the price tag, 15 minutes walk to the bus station and city market.

We communicate directly with the agency, no issues so far

Not a lot of bus routes running close to the building

Close to the city centre, a lot of shops nearby. good regular transportations, nice people

they responded to me with in a couple of days which is fine

Noisy at night from roads

modern and new, easy to maintain. nice layout nice bathroom

The area is fine but needs a convenience store.

How the local area of Richmond Hill and Cross Green is perceived in leeds (dodgy, unsafe, anti social)

The modern kitchen with all the appliances including a proper oven and hob
