Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is literally the perfect location to live in Manny. It's very balanced in the sense that it's quiet enough but it's also close to everything. Town is 20 minutes away by tram, and the coffee scene around here ain't bad either. Media City got everything you need from restaurants to great cafes. I love living around Salford Quays and in Eda

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

For every single problem they've been super attentive and very flexible. No complaints there, very helpful and nice people.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about EDA 6 months before I've moved in. Honestly the amount of progress I made in my life here was crazy that I wish I moved in earlier. You got everything here, you just need to use it!!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I absolutely love living at Eda! It's in such a cool area of Manchester, with an amazing vibe and so much to do nearby. The fantastic public transport systems make it super easy to get around, whether I’m heading into the city center or exploring the rest of Manchester. Plus, being so close to great shops, restaurants, and cultural spots means there’s never a dull moment!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Since I relocated from Ireland, i was not familiar with the area. It is great having a lot of shops around

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I moved to Eda from Middlesbrough, Ade and the rest of the staff have been amazing. Moving into Eda is moving into a community of like minded people. Constant entertainment with the gym, Cinema room, games rooms and roof top lounges or events organised by the Eda team

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have only had 2 small problems... and both times the team have reacted immediately and the problem was there to fix it while I was at work both times.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was worried about moving to Manchester on my own and not knowing anybody in the area..... but moving to Eda I've made plenty of friends and met a lot of great people.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The transport links are great - it is very easy to get to the city centre via the tram. The location is lovely, and is a really nice area to go to for walks by the Quays and there is a good selection of shops and bars.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management have always managed to solve any problems and issues quickly and effectively.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn't expect there to be as many social events - these have been a great way to get to know other residents and make friends. The communal spaces are also a great place to work and meet other young professionals.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There's nothing really bad about living here. It's right in front of the anchorage tram stop which makes getting around really convenient. It's also close to media city and lowry mall which has a lot of shops and stores.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very proactive and all the issues I've raised have been swiftly resolved. Ade at the reception has made my move in process generally easy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn't expect to have a very easy transitioning into living in Manchester. So I would have definitely panicked less because it was a pretty smooth transition!
