Altrincham is a great up and coming suburb of Manchester perfect for us at this stage of our lives.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the team have been good at responding to my queries

Area has excellent public transportation links (tram 10 mins walk from home) and multiple shops (retail park 10 mins walk)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

x2 bathroom sink drainage issues x1 gutter issue x1 shower leak issue x1 balcony door leak issue x1 bathroom window leak issue x1 shower tile issue x1 meter box paint peeling issue Paint imperfections inside property (watermarks on walls, scuffed walls)

The area of the development is perfect. It’s quiet. Altrincham town is in walking distance

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, but it was not easy and the time it took was not okay. We were very patient

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the development plan would change.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good things about the development include that it is quiet, not much traffic at all, lovely green area, bin collections are as expected, no issues with this. Things that could be better - I think the parking situation could have been better although I realise there may have been limits on space to have a driveway for every house but we would have liked this.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes the building management have been really prompt with dealing with a couple of teething issues we had with the house

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had had the chance to view the same type of house that we were buying. The show room we were showed was of a more expensive type that we wouldn't have gone for, so perhaps it would have been nice to view the same house type that we were buying (as ours still needed to be built)
