Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good spot close to motorway access and little towns such as ossett and horbury. 2 miles away from train station that goes directly to Leeds. The street is not cramped and small like some new developments.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

At first very receptive to any issues and problems. I do find it more difficult to get I. Touch now.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If you’re a night shift worker make sure you wear ear plugs as the drilling starts early at 8am!

Development is quiet, it is clean and close to motorway links. Our street is friendly and we have not witnessed any antisocial behaviour.

Our year snagging has not been completed yet. We had 3 items not yet resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Great house for first time buyers

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is perfect, we are 5 minutes away from the motorway and 10 minutes from Wakefield town centre. Our house is situated on a cul-de-sac which is very nice and quiet. We have enough parking availability on our drive. The only negative is that no street signs have been put up yet so it makes it hard for delivery and taxi drivers to find us.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Keepmoat after care corrected all the snags within a timely manner, other than an issue with the flooding in our garden. I feel this could have been addressed immediately, rather than waiting 8 weeks. The site team have been the most helpful since we moved in.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The colour of the walls is one thing I wish I would have known before we moved in. Due to not being able to paint the walls for 9-12 months, in order to let the house settle, we are having to live with 'almond white' walls. This was not fully explained to us during the process and we would have paid extra to have them white.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Transport links are excellent. Locally there is not many bars and restaurants but the town centre isn’t far. The street is lovely and quiet and has a lovely community atmosphere.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would test things a little more thoroughly as part of my snagging list.

What is the best feature of your home:

The light airy living room with the french doors leading to a very generous size garden.
