Area is great, not much noise as at top floor. Very accessible to work and restaurants

Sometimes security is strict on noise when having parties however staff polite about it

More fscilities within hotel, perhaps gym or fitmess area

Location good easily accessible noisy from bars

No issues raised so far as only second week of tenancy

Manual provided so everything known prior to moving in

Some surrounding areas arent great close to buzz of the centre

No issues raised with building management although staff helpful

Parking is really expensive, cheaper parking is far away

Best run building in city no hen or stag parties reducing amount of noise well run no noise disturbances from neighbours outside

Students living near the room, however no major isues whatsoever

Management and concierge as well as wide range of facilities

Slightly small For what u pay good facilities appliances good bathrooms kitchens good furniture a bit aged

Issues with the fan in room however fixed promptly by management

Noise in and around the streets however to be expected
