Excellent location and right in the heart of Bristol. Easy access to walks along the harbourside and local parks. 5 min walk into city centre shopping. Being close to the city centre can be noisy, particularly from the fire engine house nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, we had a leak in the ceiling which was resolved straight away. We have made complaints against other tenants smoking on balconies which is breaking their contracts but this hasn’t been addressed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How hot the buildings get. Very uncomfortable to sleep in over summer

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a good range of bars, restaurants and shops very close to and within the development, additionally we are very close to the centre of Bristol. However, there is quite a bit of anti-social behaviour. I've seen a good few fights.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been much quicker to address issues than any previous landlord I've had and they are very polite.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was told during my viewing that the renovation of the building next door was almost done... That was two years ago and it's still going strong.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location, especially the proximity to the river. Dislike some of the building sites.

I wish somebody would've told me about the lack of parking spaces available.

What is the best feature of your home:

That is is literally a 5 minute walk from anything I need.

There are plenty of amenities nearby including shops and restaurants

I really like how close temple meads station is and how close it is to my work. I do sometimes find the area intimidating.

I wish I was informed about the boat parities and the poor work from security.

What is the best feature of your home:

I really love how good all the appliances are and how open plan it is.
