Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to city centre and train station. Everything is walking distance such as dining, shopping, park. Property/housing management allow too many anti social people to enter the properties (mostly rental)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes but maintenance regarding shutters and planters are minimal and problematic 95% of the time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

annual increase in service with no real reason or justification as to why, when I first moved in the service charge was £180 and now it is £500 within the space of almost 6 years making it impossible to sell and getting trapped

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good - Close to the train station, close to town centre Bad - Building management, confusing layout, delivery drivers will never come to your front door and will go to concierge instead, concierge isn't 24/7 even though advertised, not good value for money.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Lackadaisical at best, pitiless at worst. I felt I had to just deal with my complaint, as if the fault rests with me.

Delivery driver will never come to your front door

Great location that is close to the station for commuting, central location near an abundance of shops and restaurants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues I have had has been dealt with accordingly and with pace

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Better upstanding how how heating and hot water work within the property. I’m still not 100% sure!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location being so close to the station and centre of town with restaurants, shops and the huge Central Park. Being so central, however, brings with it loud noise and anti social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Found it hard to get timely responses and our property manager was rude on a number of occasions

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Tours of the public spaces immediately around the building and internal courtyard could be nice

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great area for the building, in the city centre so lots of access to everything around. Great neighbour and some of the other tenants in the building are lovely. Lots of transport around. Bin collections are good

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, when someone is raised as a repair, you get a response fairly quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the service charge would increase as much as it has and that staff wages would come out of the service charge
