Middle of all the shops, brilliant location to get anything you want. Walking distance from Broadway mall too

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Great, no problems always been great help with us whenever needed

Only bad thing is there's no space for children to play

Right in the centre of all shops including Tesco right across the street. Walking distance to the train station. No parking worries or fears of car crime as there's a gate and plenty of spots to park in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always been dealt with asap, friendly service, no problems.

The building can get really cold in the winter times

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location and development is perfect, good finishing overall inside the apartments. Maintenance available for any issues. Parking is quite spacious and would be good to allocate parent and child to make it easy for parents to park in a spacious spot.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick response whenever a maintenance issue raised.

No issues.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Bars are a bit of a walk but shops are close and lots to choose from. Especially useful are the 24 hour shops within walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Extremely quick response to problems and able to solve even if I'm away at work

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how much parking there was. I expected to need to park in a specific spot but it turns out there was plenty of space to be flexible

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

property is right in town center, lots of shops and food places nearby. Tesco is right across the road. Can find bars within walking distance. Depending on which side you live on, it can get a little noisy on busy days as the back side of the building is next to a main road. No noticeable anti social behavior, flats come with a parking spot. 5-10 minute walk to the forster square train station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management responds quick to issues, I've had some mistakes with rent that were quickly dealt with.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew early noise can start on the road, especially with the recent work at the Tesco opposite the building.
