Great location, park is very close & restaurants are a short walk. hear a lot of traffic and horns due to close proximity to main road + roundabout.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

building management has responded in good time regarding maintenance issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Road noise at night can get loud on weekends. Neighbours can be loud at night past curfew.

Beautiful area, good shops and the Sutton park makes it great, good public transport . I like that it’s a short walk to Sutton Coldfield town centre as well

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Pretty quickly and efficiently. Issues sometimes took a bit longer to fix but they keep you informed about the whole process and give time frames

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The parking only gives you one permit per flat. I wasn’t aware of how useful the many storage cupboards in the place would be.

Train station very close (2 min walking distance) to my living area. But bus network a bit weak. Only 3 bus line active to Birmingham city center. Mere green is 10 min walking distance where has plenty shops.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Only online application is available for maintenance. Building management actively responded all kind of query and site team handling all problems which happened in the flat. Overall I am happy to work with them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I would know for allocated parking bay I need to apply another private parking company and need permit for using car parking bay

Perfect located flat, close to city centre and plenty of local shops and restaurants around. Directly outside a train station but trains cannot be heard. Plenty of parking spaces available and bin storage. No anti social behaviour around as nice area and no traffic noise

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Depending on the problems raised some issues will take longer to resolve. New property manager has made all the difference.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

During viewing I was shown a flat however was given another one. The one I initially visited had all utility appliances included washing machine, dryer, oven, fridge and dish washer however the one I was given does not have dish washer and was later told that not all apartments come with everything and it’s the luck of the draw.

Parking- after restricting 1 car per flat, lot of availability of parking space. Many options are available for grocery like Sainsbery m&s etc Property location is perfect as train and bus stop are outside out Property. Strongly recommend to stay as I have been staying here for past 12 months and renewed the contract for another 18 months.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Slow response for critical issue like both lifts were not functioning.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

About parking space for car as we had to struggle a lot due to no parking.
