Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are a couple of shops and pubs within walking distance from the estate, as well as a post office. You can get to two different bus stops in less than 10 minutes. The area is rough and we've been dealing with robberies for over 3 years now.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The issues have been solved very quickly in the first couple of months, as they were trying to keep the customers happy to get their review. After the review was submitted the customer service has been useless.

The developer always lie, they're never on your side!

Building management it's a joke

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Keepmoat it's absolutely a joke. Customer care it's absolutely ridiculous. They don't care about anything. I had an issue with the drainage in my garden and I contacted Customer care they accused me to bad use. I contracted an external company that actually found a bung that was forgotten when the house was built. I've got a brick in the house at the moment and Customer care said I passed the 2 years warranty so they can't do anything when I know the warranty it's 10 years. Definitely not recommend buying a house with Keepmoat. They don't care about their customers and they don't do a good job. Not professional at all. Always rush to do everything you can they don't do the job properly. Very disappointed.

Very badly. They Don't care about customers. They don't try to help

Bad reputation from keepmoat I would never buy a house with them

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very quiet area during day and night although it doesn’t have best reputation in Leeds. No issues so far. No traffic noise, good access to local shops and takeaways. Some issues with bin collections - last 3 times bins hasn’t been collected - that’s for green black and brown.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Most of issues have been dealt with. But I have been waiting for someone to have look at issue with my garden and no one contacted me about it

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would recommend to ask about shape of your garden (I’m very happy with mine but some of others are very steep)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are quality local shops around but no restaurants. However, the proximity to ASDA, Lidl and not too far from the residential area. Buses ply the areas i.e. Bus 91 and 5. Few minutes to Selby road there's bus stop to get other bus numbers Both Arriva & First ply the routes regularly

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded urgently. And they also assisted with disposing cardboard before our bin arrived. they are very helpful. Specifically, fixing an issue with our burner and Sink.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If the house is powered or not powered by Solar energy.

Our road is very quiet as it's behind the main road, although it's not well connected to transport, closest one is 5 minutes walking and most of the time don't show up in early morning. There aren't shops close either, we have to use the car. Collection bins have been a nightmare, a lot have been missed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They sorted out almost everything, although they took their time, wa always had to chase them

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think we had quite good knowledge of the environment around, the bad are that we found out are the transports in the early morning
