So most of the reviews are from 2021 , we are now 2024 and the development is still not finished what a joke Barrett’s where meant to finish the project but have give the last build part to another contractor. Took there money and left in other words , the property management company keep raising service charges especially when the project is not finished what are we paying for . Stay clear of this site if I was you

I wish I knew the project would take over five years and still not complete

What is the best feature of your home:

Can’t really say look what the best feature is when I look out of the window I see a building site

Awful issues from a year ago have not been addressed

Standard very low literally nothing good to say

Current development very slow in completing areas that should be complete, old harlow however is a lovely area, walking distance to the canal behind the estate which is lovelt

Where not told about the main road being changed as major works

Bigger garden would be better, more parking spaces and more trees planted on the grass verges to be more like Newhall Estate still time to do this!

The good aspect is the location, the design of the house . The bad aspect is the after team, follow 24 months after my exchange , I still have some snagging left to be address. Our road are not paved with 100% occupancy ( wattle Road) No accountability, no visibility of the developers. No playing areas for kids , no explanation provided, rather being asked to give a feedback ... Thing could be great , if Barratts invest is training it after car fleets on customer service.

The performance of the aftercare team, if known, I would have never bought from Barratts, would have gone to Taylor Wimpy

My loft, and kitchen. The design could have been better on the Barwick

Quiet area but no local shops within walking distance

Friendly community, will be much better once all the building work and roadworks have finished.

Bathroom was only tiled half way above the bath with no shower, not very convenient.
