Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good access to restaurants and bars. Good bus and train links. Limited parking and quite expensive. No road parking available. Traffic noise due to proximity to Trinity Road and my apartment was facing the road.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management was very responsive to issues.

I wish I had known how the traffic next to the building was like.

A lot of thugs No parking Close to town which was nice but the reception staff made me feel extremely unsafe

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Never did respond , felt as though management wanted to protect themselves

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there is no support with the reception staff and that reception staff made me feel unsafe

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

After living here for two years, I can say it's generally a quiet place. Occasionally, there's some noise from nearby construction and people enjoying their weekends, given its proximity to Salford station. Aside from that, it's mostly peaceful and normal.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very effective amd active, issues I have reported have been fixed in a promptly manner.

That just one side of the building is pet friendly and we are in the non pet friendly area.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There isn't any good point to leave here the only thing is good is very near to the office but i appreciate the place is clean and we have a reception for take package for the rest is very sad place

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I need to say they answer and care about the customer

The trash bean every time is full. And there isn't any event

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

So local to Manchester City centre. Everything we need is within walking distance. Local shops nearby and right next to Salford central station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes all been resolved within a swiftly time phrame

You will be required to purchase iron, kettle, toaster as the flat you receive is empty
