The area is cute! It’s getting more and more cafes and bars around and it feels up and coming in a lovely area of manchester

The responded nice and promptly and sorted all issues with urgency.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the bin situation. It isn’t the best and does put a dampener on the environment

Very central located, a few stones away from Salford Central Station, therefore to the center of Manchester city, very close to many shops, bar, pubs, cinema, everything you need.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Had an issue with hot water, as the boiler was acting up, came twice to check and fixed the issue in a timely manner

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have picked the front facing apartment as we can see put neighbours balcony.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I am living in the Filaments for more than a year now. It's a lovely flat, very bright and airy with fantastic views from the windows and the balcony. It's walking distance from the bustling city centre. Salford Central Train station is literally in the backyard! Bus connectivity is amazing with bus stops just across the road. There are quite a few choices of convenience stores just at 2 minutes' walking distance, which are open 6 am to 11 pm! Although it's almost in the city centre, it's quiet and peaceful. Safe parking is available on-site , which is a bonus.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Prompt response ! Graham is amazing at his job, responds promptly and gets the job done! The problem that he sorts, have not recurred yet, which goes to tell how good he is at his job...👍

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good: large windows with a nice view !!! Bad: a single very small radiator in the hallway ... Which is not enough to quickly heat up the living area!

Very good access to restaurants and bars. Good bus and train links. Limited parking and quite expensive. No road parking available. Traffic noise due to proximity to Trinity Road and my apartment was facing the road.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management was very responsive to issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how the traffic next to the building was like.

A lot of thugs No parking Close to town which was nice but the reception staff made me feel extremely unsafe

Never did respond , felt as though management wanted to protect themselves

That there is no support with the reception staff and that reception staff made me feel unsafe
