Area is good location but attracts weirdos and homeless people trying to get in the building.

Security being Tighter

Security levels need to increase. Also checking all the equipment works before moving in.

Love the place, the outlook, I have a great view from my apartment. However, I have some security concern.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven't quite responded too well. Especially with security issues.

About further security as there are so many apartment, it is hard to know the actual residence.

Great location in town. The canal is right behind the development.

We wish we had known more about parcel delivery.

What is the best feature of your home:

We love how modern it is and the balcony is amazing.

The location is fantastic, short walk into the centre and close to some small supermarkets. Great location for party animals just being off broadstreet and close to the clubs and pubs!

-More security -Reception desk -More cctv - seating areas in the garden

Not very save, I have witnessed 2 incidents were unwarranted people entered the building. Some parcels have been reported missing. Tailgating is also an issue. However, Good location in relation to the city centre and main areas and restaurants.

The nonexistent of a concierge.

What is the best feature of your home:

Modern furniture, spacious living room with large windows which allow natural light into the apartment and some great views :)
