For such a big housing estate there are no shops or anything for convenience. Took a long. Time to get a park in. However the area is lovely, neighbourly and well thought out by builders. Our garden is a big size for a new build.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish we knew just got big the development would get, promised shops but still not in. Customer service is fabulous and a wonderful primary school on site.

Home office and private garden are the best features

Property design-excellent. Quality of build-Poor. Customer Services. I’ve wasted over £400K on Redrow

Only best thing is the design, but no soundproofing

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There has been a lot of talk about local shops, pubs, doctors etc but none of this has developed in the 2 years that I have lived here. Transport links are readily available with bus stops and the local train station. Living on my street is great, very quiet and it’s lovely having the house back into the bridal path. It’s a shame that the locals had to cut the communal grass areas down the street rather than have it done for us. No traffic noise and bin collections always on time.

That the local shops and amenities would take so long to become part of the area.

What is the best feature of your home:

The spacious bedrooms, the large garden and the house backing onto the bridal path.

As a new developing area I can not comment on ships, bars etc. Phase 1 is a good location, nice community.

I was I knew how close the house was to the care home. A bit of transparency would of been helpful.

What is the best feature of your home:

The garden for a new build is a really good size. The drive way can fit 3 cars on.

There isn't a local shop within close walking distance but there are many supermarkets available within a 10 minute drive! The many different routes available for driving is very handy, especially with the motorway being so close to access. Buses are fairly regular and go to various areas. Hardly any traffic noise. Parking can be a bit of an issue on our road as some people park opposite driveways making it difficult to get in and out

The lack of storage spaces. eg kitchen cupboards or airing cupboard.

What is the best feature of your home:

The walk in wardrobe in the bedroom. I absolutely love it and you wouldn't know it was there until you walk into the bedroom, it's such a great hidden gem
