Relatively quiet area, not had any issues. Convenient location. Warm through winter. Nice and clean when I moved in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Reported a broken tap in kitchen and they came same day to fix

Can't really think of anything, I wasn't hear long but had a nice experience

Is a great location, in the middle of the city centre but not right in the centre so it has the best of both worlds. Local bars and shops close by

How high the council tax is but it is the city centre so to be expected really.

What is the best feature of your home:

24 hour concierge service and excellent sound proofing in apartment

I like the building and architecture and transport links but the canal behind us could be cleanner.

Nothing, I was happy with everything when moving in.

What is the best feature of your home:

The access to the balcony from my apartment which has nice views.

It can get noisey on weekends and it is bad because i live on the first floor

No, honestly i knew exactly what I was doing when I picked this place

What is the best feature of your home:

I think the entire place is beautiful, I love the architecture

My apartment is ver central and excellent transport links. The only downside is that it can get quite noisy on weekends.

Nothing, except about the noise everything was communicated well.

I would like aircon as the windows only open partially.
