Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Hampton Gardens certainly has something for everyone. Local shops. Play areas and just a shirt walk gets you to more eateries and drinking establishments. HG is very scenic and short walks get you to other parts of Hampton and the scenery is very nice.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they did. We have a few issues which are expected with a new property but they were resolved in a timely fashion.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Expect a few things that need to be rectified when you move in. All new houses have them but be assured that they do eventually get round to resolving them.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There schools, restaurants, supermarkets, everything near by. Parks are not well maintained. Unfinished roads. Parking is OK. Bins are mostly collected fridays.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Most problems corrected eventually as you spot them.

Add more to finishing touches. Negotiate bit more on price

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Not enough parking. Bins aren’t always collected. The roads are terrible, noisy, people speed

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’re lacklustre. Do not care. We’ve been told we will get a reply in 3-5 working days and after 2 months of not hearing back, we had to chase customer service, to which we were given a rude response. It’s unacceptable.

I wish I knew how little Persimmon actually cares.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is a short walk to a large shopping centre with Tesco Extra. There are also several fast food restaurants and a leisure centre close by. The development is quiet and surrounded by open spaces and lakes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Nobody on the estate has ever seen them do any work but they are happy to send threatening letters demanding payment

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Make sure you continually hound the after sales if you want anything doing, else they will ignore you.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Hampton garden is a great location to live in, Tesco Extra and Aldi supermarkets, cafes, Mcdonalds, Vivacity and schools are at walking distance. Unfortunately there are no banks around in this area and for public transport connectivity one needs to walk for 10 mins for the bus stand. There is no Children park ready yet its been 3 years since we moved in. Street condition in Hampton Garden is very very bad.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

NO RESPONSE. We have received our new house keys with 'Broken Gas Meter Box'. They are saying they can not do anything about it.
