The development is bookended by open fields, out on the edge of the village. Traffic is not often bad and it is easy to get into the city. There is a garage with shop in the village. It feels like a very safe place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

With significant delays and every attempt to shirk blame on someone else and dodge their own accountability.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the first two weeks are a soft handover where immediate issues can be handled by the site team, but after that you get passed to customer support and your issues take months to be addressed!

Lovely village to live

All good and neighbors quiet and tidy, all respectful

There are amenities near by such as the crazy bear farm shop, the BP garage including a shop and petrol (very handy!), D’Orleys farm shop and supermarkets a 1” minute drive away. It is the perfect place for us as we get the village lifestyle whilst being close to the city.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They contacted and arranged a visit as soon as possible

I wish I would’ve known that we would love it so much as we would’ve reccomended to friends so they could’ve moved here!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Conveniently located within Stadhampton with easy access to nature walks, village pubs and Crazy Bear farm shop. Also an easy commute whether heading into Oxford or even further afield into say London via the M40. Unfortunately no train links but there is a local bus service for the village and surrounding areas.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management not relevant as property is freehold - developer however is failing to address issues.

Even with new builds it makes sense to get a detailed building survey done - unfortunately with so many buildings being rushed to completion for the stamp duty deadlines the quality has slipped and very little assurance over standards has taken place.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good - lovely area, clean and friendly. Great area to come home to. Bad - little bit far from supermarket, shops etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have. Any issues we have we send an email with the details and any photos and they arrange these to be rectified

Wish we had known more about local facilities as they are limited
