Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We are in a great position between ampthill and Bedford. Near other local villages that are relatively quiet but there are some pubs in neighbouring villages. Stewartby has limited shops and no restaurants which is a shame but there is now the kiln and coop (although the coop is having stock issues at the moment). Parking is fine on my street, there’s very few issues with regards to traffic everyone is pretty considerate. You can hear the trains if your house is close but for me this isn’t a problem. I love living here and it was very reasonable for someone getting on the housing ladder.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues raised personally, they aren’t all that present yet.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would definitely say to keep on top of the developer and sales office to push your dates and get things done. They do it but need prompting.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Moved here two years ago and it's a quiet neighbourhood. There is a co-op within walking distance I visit sometimes if I need anything. Local bus route seems very limited. Otherwise, I am happy here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, I had my upstairs heater repaired and some cracks sealed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The mobile phone signal in the area.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We've been living in this house for over 2 years now and we're loving it. The area has been wonderful to live in and it keeps expanding. Now the restrictions from COVID have been lifted, its been nice to start getting involved with the neighbourhood.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, and they sent someone out to have a look or make the adjustments we require

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Maybe silly things like the plinth under the washing machine was a sliding one, rather than one to take off

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

What a lovely area to live in. The countryside is right on your doorstep with a number of lakes, forests and nature walks right outside your front door.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is a real neighbourly feel about the area and the schools are so lovely and welcoming to new pupils

Overall fairly good

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like we have a co-op , salon and dominos but wish we had a pharmacy and more food places. I love we have parks so close but would like more toddler friendly parks. As for now it’s fairly quiet and doesn’t disrupt me much at all.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

About the amount of other homes being built in the area, Takes away from the village .
