Broadoak our management team are not interested in anybody or anything on the estate you can’t get hold of them and if you do you get fobbed off with excuses one after another nobody came to our house to remidy our snags or discuss our ongoing problems nobody replanted the bare areas of the plants to the front of the estate my neighbour and I have spent in excess of £200 putting in some plants in the common areas in the front of the estate they only seem to cut the grass not even trimm the edges since crest got paid we were forgotten nice house good area good bus service just the estate looks very run down and it is still new also the contractor from the hospital next door use the estate as a fee parking this also applies to the staff at the hospital not want to pay the car park fees park in our estate for free nobody wants to address this either

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

None nobody came to our house to fix or replace or repair had to fix myself

How bad crest Nicholson customer service was nobody answers the phone and replies to messages

Great location. Lovely people living in the estate.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Had a electric fault. Electricians attended the property immediately.

Being informed about the set time of the property.

Wet nice area with ease of access to local shops

Snagging issues, internal specifications quality,,.

What is the best feature of your home:

Size and location , diversity of crowd, Building management is good. Dealing with snagging issues take longer. Quality if the build is good . Internal specification become poorer when compared to phase 1 houses. They have changed specifications like door, clauses, switch boards, kitchen appliances to cheaper version. In the phase I bought house price is expensive compared to phase 1, but the internal specifications are of cheap quality.

Only thing I would change is I can’t put a banister up n I have a disability n it’s a struggle

The transport is excellent! There's a bus park that's near our house making travelling to work much easier than walking. There usually isn't too much trouble on the streets and the same goes for parking availability. The traffic noise can get a bit high sometimes mainly around 8am or 3pm. I consider this is due to people trying to get their kids to school.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Well there wasn't really any issues other than the traffic noise but I really don't think they can do anything about that!

I wish I had known the design plan so I could make some arrangements around our house.
