Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is a quiet area and family friendly - local shops have opened up which is great such as a Tesco, Kebab shop, Barbers etc which is great convenience for residents. Transport link is not the greatest buses are often delayed and every 30 mins, parking is often available in front bays outside building including secure resident parking. Sometimes visitors have misused the parking spaces but Lovell have been working with management on taking action. Bin collection hasn’t been consistent to begin with and was being delayed or missed at times due to mismanagement of residents disposing recyclable items as well as council not providing resident bins. Minimal anti social behaviour, although at times there are youngsters smoking in the vicinity at late nights which has been reported to management.

More about the building management company I.e what responsibility lies with them versus the developer so queries can go to the relevant party. It was very confusing.

What is the best feature of your home:

The minimal design of kitchen and the facilities eg oven, stove etc. the sleek design of the bathroom.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is quite an isolated area at times, there's 2 good restaurants and that's about it. The local pub is great, however on the weekends it does get very noisy when pub goers are leaving. The transport is good! The parking availability and restrictions are awful, the limits are more than the have in central London, this prevents me being able to have guests for longer than 3hours which isn't fair, as when I bought the flat I wasn't aware they were putting these restrictions in place. There can sometimes be anti-social behaviour, which does frighten me at times when I'm walking alone.

I wish I had known about the plans to implement extreme parking restrictions.

What is the best feature of your home:

I love that I have two bathrooms and the balcony is fantastic and excellent storage space.

Great area to live in with good schools and basic amenities near by the building. Good part is easy access to M25, and A1M

Near by park which was not completely developed when we moved in

Sun set view from the balcony is the great feature

Good range of shops all very convenient. Ample parking, good public and road transport links. Ample bin storage.

Nothing actually, I had an excellent experience throughout.

What is the best feature of your home:

Spacious modern design. Very nice quality fixtures and fittings.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Shops nearby (Tesco) are the same as restaurants. Chemical cleaning, post and pharmacy are also around the corner. Every other aspect is excellent, but the bad fact is the drunk people coming from the pub near the entrance to the building. This is quite scary.

That gas, electricity and water need to be sorted ASAP, even before moving in, as it will take a lot of time.

What is the best feature of your home:

I really like how well-insulated this place is. The layout is nice, providing a lot of light for the flat.
