As for the location, the village is a quiet place. I can recommend it as a place, but I do not recommend it as a home. because of poor quality.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
unfortunately, they don't solve any problems until everything gets the money, they don't solve any problems after taking the money, they always have an excuse.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
If I had researched this company before I moved, I definitely would not have bought a house here, because until everything is paid, the materials used in the house are very simple, I do not live in a quality house for the money I pay.

they have been deceiving us for months and they are not producing any solution. On the day we bought a house, they haven't fixed a lot of the problems they promised us they would do in a few weeks for 8 months! I have never seen such an irresponsible company. Everything is great until they get the money from you. then you have no interlocutor and your problems are unresolved! I've never been dissatisfied and not happy!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
they ignored us by making silly excuses. According to them, it was because of the language barrier. there was no language barrier until we got the money

I wish they would tell me they changed their kitchen plans and they won't do it like in Show house

Sales good prior to purchase. Issues evident prior to moving in and advised by cluster services not there take us Happy! Wrong flooring laid at an extra cost and then advised will have to put up with it. May need to seek legal advice. Turf not laid correctly, garden has been water logged for 5 months. Will now have to replace it myself. Customer service poor response time senior agent rather abrupt and not helpful. Lots of issues with moment and wIting 6 months for a visit. Sorry but do not have positive experience with Avant as soon as they had my money.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very poor, state will visit then do not arrive. They think should be home all day when need to be at work. Site visit 2 days after moving In too soon as lots of defects that they state then cannot report.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Needed to view property at least few weeks prior to moving not day before. Kept reminding them of issues. They do not care.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is a small range of shops locally which we like as we live in a village. The range of restaurants is very minimal, and not many available on deliveroo or uber eats. Parking is quite tight but hopefully this will improve once the development is complete as we cannot park on the road as it is unfinished and constantly has construction vehicles up and down it. This is the only noise we can hear from our house.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It is clear that finishing as many houses as quickly as possible is the priority, not those who have moved into the rushed poorly finished ones. The are not empathetic about the wasted days and how infuriating it is when no one bothers to let you know they aren't turning up due to another poor excuse. The site team also told me that what the sales team sell us and what they can achieve are two different things, which says it all!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that our house wouldn't be up to the same standard as the show homes and that we would be still waiting for dates for snags 6 months on.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great area slightly on the outskirts of Worksop. Quiet, countryside feeling. Few minutes walk from Langold Lake. Have everything we need within walking distance i.e. Coop, shops, pubs, hairdressers, school and nursery. Only slight downside I guess is the public transport as it could be more frequent, so it´s probably fairly necessary to have a car.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Usually well. Sometimes need to chase a few times to get someone out and unfortunately they don´t alwaays work with the best 3rd party companies. But all in all working through issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We didn´t know that we wouldn´t get any choices until the day we put the deposit down which was disappointing. There are a few bits you can´t see when viewing and until you have lived in the home for a few weeks or months, but I guess this differs for everyone and in every propertty.
