This development is in a small church village with 2 pubs, a lower school, a nearby upper school, butchers and post office. Lovely local walks and nearby train station with bus routes to Hitchin and Bedford.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes - we’ve had snagging issues and largely this have seen addressed timely

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How overlooked our back garden is, it didn’t seem so on the model.

Clifton us a lovely place to live . It has great amenities with a Tesco Extra , post office local butcher a great Indian and Chinese and pubs to name a few. Bin collections are regular and on time and they're is extra recycling facilities nearby.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The internet is a fixed thing and costly. it runs differently than normal and although there is a few choices of company's to go with it's all about the same in costs. Also for now mobile signals are very poor.
