The development should have been finished years ago, the issues are ongoing and a huge disappointment to all residents. Shocking service after charging premium prices

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Issues have been raised and not resolved

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d never heard of hayfield and never bought the house

When will Hayfield Green be finished ?

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Stanton is a very pretty village with a great pub, lots of lovely walks and a nice community spirit. Easy to get to Oxford and Witney for shopping. The new development is yet to be finished but hopefully the developers will stick to their word about creating a wonderful open green space attracting wildlife to the area. The development itself could benefit from more visitors parking. There is a bus service on the doorstep and a very active village hall with plenty going on to suite all ages.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Slow but have tried to complete everything on the list. But almost a year later still outstanding issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The newer development across the green space. Possibly wouldn’t have bought if known.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The only downside is there isn’t really any shops near buy apart from a little pricey shop . It’s a nice quiet area to live

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There isn’t any local transport so if you don’t drive it’s a bit of a pain

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Could have a shop facility that stays open all day, the neighbourhood is good, parking good, no traffic noise it’s very peaceful place to live surrounded by fantastic fields, the only issue that I think is the field next to the building that has pipes everywhere I heard that is methane pipes so I don’t know how secure is that and I can’t just let my kids run around the field for that reason. Bin collection is good and now has a community bus that runs through the village. Overall is good thank you!

Good developer, but could be better with customer service

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a local pub, post office, playground and school and now a new bus service which is great. The space in which the developers have left is great. Lots of greens and open space. Dislike the lack of cleaning from Hayfield, there is a lot of rubbish left on the road. On our walk we even found pieces of asbestos and even told them about it but 3 months later, they are still there very close to the playground!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have, but usually with a lot of persistence and determination which at times is annoying as you just want to enjoy your new home.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good: location, amnesties, and open space. Bad: loud nuisance church bell that rings for an hour every week, late evening.
