Lovely village near to English Heritage Wrest Park. Local pubs, amenities. Good road links.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very slow, took 5 visits to replace bathroom floor

Highly recommend village as a whole.

Really nice area in Bedfordshire, shops, schools, bus stops and wrest park all within walking distance. No trouble in the area and very safe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Bas was great and ensured any issues were resolved in a timely manner.

Nothing all positive.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of good quality pubs and restaurants, but with limited delivery options. Good access to London Trainline. Good access to major supermarkets. Limited parking on high street, limited traffic

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All problems have been resolved quickly when raised to Hayfield.

Wish I had known how long it would be until the development would be complete

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Some great local amenities, a nursery and great school! Lovely walks around the village and Wrest park. And very near to other nice villages and big towns. Nearest station is flitwick, which is just 10 minute drive. One downside is the lack of restaurants available on just eat (very important to some) but I guess that’s what comes with living in a nice rural village.

Very quick and friendly service, problems are always sorted with upmost care

The lack of takeaway options and no Deliveroo or Uber (taxis) available!
