I really enjoyed living here, especially because of the convenience. There’s a gym nearby, the university is very close, and the city center is not too far away. Local shops and restaurants are accessible, and transport links are reliable, making it easy to get around. The area feels safe and peaceful, with minimal noise or anti-social behavior. Parking is generally available, and bin collections are done regularly. Overall, it’s a great place to live, offering both convenience and comfort.

The building management has been responsive and quick to resolve any issues, ensuring a smooth living experience.

Sainsbury’s supermarket is not a far walk away, close to Headingley Arndale shopping centre and bus stops right outside the complex for easy transport links. Quiet inside the complex, not much outside noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had some issues turning on my job and oven when moving in. This was quickly resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing would be that the upper gate to headingly lane is a bit stiff.

Everything is spot on, kitchen area is small but that is what we signed up for. Really happy with everything. Parking is all okay. Everything you need it within walking distance

Very quickly and politely. Communication is very good

Wish I knew how steep the hill was. Didn’t take much notice before

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Headingley area is lovely, we have our gym 10 minutes away from our place, supermarkets, and coffee shops. As a student, being close to the University is ideal and having Hyde Park to have a run on Saturdays is our favorite thing. Even when we are close to Headingley Lane and therefore otley runners, we have the possibility to avoid any inconvenience through the main entrance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We always have are enquiries answered, people are really nice to us and they seem happy doing their jobs.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To us, this has been a transparent way of renting in the UK, no surprises like in other agencies, no additional costs half way through the process.
