The range of shops are brilliant,10 minutes away,there are numerous restaurants and lots of open spaces. The transport is good to Stratford-on-Avon. No traffic noise where we live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No stonewater do no communication what's so ever .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing everything was lovely, brand new house had to do nothing.

Very good management. Replay as soon as they can .

Lots of great restaurants and pubs in the local area as well as other amenities such as butcher and greengrocer. There appears to be lots of local events that take place in the town too which we plan on visiting. Parking is difficult in the town as spaces are usually taken up. We can get a direct train to London from nearby moreton in marsh. Our street is lovely and appears to be no issues.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded as put above and people have have came to fix have been helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would have been good to have a walk around our home with site management after putting deposit down.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Shipston has a great range of amenities including multiple places to eat, shops and pubs. Parking in town can be busy however there are a number of car parks a short walk away. It could do with a larger supermarket but there are two coops. The nearest petrol station is 2 miles away. There is a train station in the next town a few miles away and a good bus network. It has multiple parks, and two sports and social clubs with large fields. On the site / on our road there is some on street parking but not a lot with our disrupting traffic. No anti social behaviour on my road, although at the moment it is busy with traffic as it is the road all the site uses at the moment until it is closed off. Once building has finished it will be much quieter.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes especially the first few weeks, snagging was completed quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We were told from the sales off we couldn’t have the floor we wanted because the kitchen was already installed but after talking to the site manager we could and did get the floor we wanted

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The site is in a great location, within walking distance of all amenities. We live in a wonderful area, where all the neighbours respect each other in regard too noise and traffic. Bin collections are reliable.

I wish I'd of been informed how long we would have to wait for the park to be opened.
