Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We have only moved from down the road so knew the area very well. The development is in nice quite spot, our house is away from any road noise. Few local hops and restaurants near by and supermarkets a little drive away. Great location

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Avarage, lots of emails exchanged. Going back and forward and them refusing to do some stuff. Chip down the toilet and we were blamed for dropping something into it. I said try to drop something and chip it, it was siliconed or something and it came off after some time. The kitchen units had chips all over so they have send someone to paint it over. They have painted with matt paint on gloss units. They have then changed the units with a broken one and refused to change it, blaming us that we have water damaged with cleaning the floors with a mop! Quite a joke, so we have stopped arguing and given up!

No playground for kids, poor management(lots of dead trees and grass not being cut regularly)

Great houses, fantastic location, nice mix of properties, close to amenities and local transport. Ideal place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As advised above, everything has been resolved with time and chasing except the windows and doors which we now have to live with.

The quality of the windows and doors and how much noise would be let in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good local shops, restaurants. Bus stop is very close .Living on my street is very good, Parking availability, bin collection is on time. No anti-social behaviour. Little traffic noise. After five months of living in my property, the area is still not shown on google maps. When my husband was dyeing, ambulance barely found my address. It is already 1,5 year since we moved in the delivery still getting wrong adress.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The builders come to have a look at the issue and then never come back to actually fix it. If they are fixing anything, it is breaking again very easily or they damage something else.

Get an independent inspection before moving into the property!

living here is wonderful i really enjoy the neighbourhood and the area in general! i’d recommend to anyone moving in the area to try out this estate!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

i have not had any issues but i know a friend of mine contacted the company and they helped straight away

i wish i had known how amazing it was going to be i would’ve moved sooner.

Greenery, easy of commute to shops and schools. Good neighbourhood.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have but slow in getting the problem resolved may be because of the pandemic.
