Great layout to the housing development, in keeping with the local surroundings.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is beautiful, but being a walker and no local amenities/shops on doorstep is limiting. The parks are aimed at young children and not slightly older ones.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How long local walkways / paths would take to be built.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Slightly bigger garden. Parking can also be limited. Visitors of other housing sometimes park in spaces of nearby houses.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s starting to be great in terms of amenities. Close to supermarket, train station and the Metrobus is brilliant - 13 mins to the city centre!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

New neighbourhood was not very developed. However we’re now getting more amenities.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Nothing - super happy with everything about it! Has been perfect.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is definitely a positive; there are lots of green spaces with trees and a park. The retail park is only just over 20 minutes away on foot so it's not too far if you enjoy walking. However, the M32 is nearby and you can definitely hear it (even on the opposite side of the estate). There is also a lot of construction currently which adds to the noise pollution as well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there was going to be another housing estate being built nearby which would ruin some of the green spaces.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

The garage is not connected to our house so it can be a bit inconvenient whenever it rains and I need access to the garage.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The housing site is located between Bradley Stoke and Stoke Gifford. It has easy access to main roads (M4, M32 and M5) and parkway train station.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The easiest way to get to the local villages through the paths

What is the best feature of your home:

We have a town house and like the flexibility it offers in terms of being able to change rooms to suit the family

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There aren’t many amenities in the immediate area. However, for commuting the area is ideal. Close by are shops and services. Once some other areas are built there will hopefully be more amenities.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Management costs are a little high and I’m unsure exactly what they go towards.

What is the best feature of your home:

We are lucky with our garden, it’s a nice size and landscaped well.
