Good: Close to city centre Bad: Building management, homeless in the area, loads of anti-social behaviour in the neighbourhood, constant shouting by homeless.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management are responsive to any maintenance requests, however, it takes weeks to get anything fixed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I researched the area more before moving in as I thought it would be as amazing as Jewellery Quarter is.

The area is very convenient for me, the city centre is down the road, so is the supermarket and its easy for me to get to work

Very good and respond quickly to any issues that weve had. Theyll also keep you regualsrly updated on any issues

The surrounding area is a bit rough but im close to town which is convenient for me.

The building is very well looked after and management respond quickly,

I like that its close to my work place and to town which is only a 10min walk. I dont really like the area at night, it can be a bit dodgy.

Everything is perfect for me so far. I've had no issues.

Living room is comfy and the bedroom has plenty of space
