The road is noisy but the complex and the location is great it is so central. Close go public transport.

People walking past can be slightly loud. This flat is great though but there is no recycling.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

That there is no recycling in the complex so i can't recyce in the flat.

It is okay but it can be noise

That the beds are not clean.

What is the best feature of your home:

The kitchen is spot on which is my favourite thing.

The location is very convenient but the noise is too loud at 4am with drunk people.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It has been good but wasnt issues the permit for parking vut were repsonsive and are personable.

Duke street is very close to everywhere but can get loud on the weekend.

That the walls are very thin and you can hear everything your neighbours say and do. There are serviced apartments all around you. They are also poorely designed and too close to each other.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like everything about liverpool, the bars and restaurants and that it is close to the city centre.

The rooms are bigger than I expected them to be.

What is the best feature of your home:

I think the view is the best thing about the apartment.
