Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a huge variety of stores, parks, public transport, restaurant, takeaways etc. there is private parking. There are dangerous people who shout at night and during the day sometimes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They will email, phone call and or send someone out to review the problem.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The most convenient place to stay in my opinion. Just a little dangerous as there are drunk people or intoxicated people on drugs shouting through the streets during the day and night.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location of my house is very convenient all of the shops are close by and city centre is only one bus ride away. Private parking is available which is great because I have peace of mind that my car is safe. Bin collections are always on time and there isn’t much traffic in our street. One bad side is that there are people shouting in our street late at night

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded promptly and always actioned everything that has been reported to either fix or our queries

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That we have to get our packages for water Wi-Fi electric and heating separate and make sure that old tenant packages are cancelled so we are not running up two bills for the same thing.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is great for convenience, bus stops at end of road that takes me directly to where I need to go. A bad aspect is that people are always shouting outside my house at all hours of the day and night. Don’t feel safe leaving my house after dark because of the type of people that come around this area at those times.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have showed us how to use services regarding house management and provided us with various ways to contact them. They usually respond very quickly and have the issue sorted within a week or two.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That we have to get packages for water, gas and electric separately and to make sure bills with previous tenants are cancelled.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Not many shops around but quite close to the city centre. Street is quite enough however the big road on the other side gets a bit annoying

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond but they take a long time to get someone around to fix stuff

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Main road on one side is quite loud and lots of uni students

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

like the green environment, facilities inside the flat, quiet location while close to two grocery stores, some restaurants, a GP clinic, a pharmacy, a post office and a bus stop. Dislike thr family with kids on top floor causing noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Slow response in dealing with noise issue from neighbor. Generally good. Get response within two working days.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Whether the future neighbor from upstairs and next door neighbor have children. Kids are noisy and energetic at their age and you cant do much to really change it or ask your neighbor to minimize the noise.
