Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to transport links, bars, restaurants and shops. Slightly far from open places. Road can get noisy (very close to police station, plus traffic 24/7) and dirty - windows, balcony etc get soiled. Some tenants are not the most mindful, littering in bin room and being noisy at night, leaving front door open etc

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Initially confused but helpful. Now more knowledgeable and fast.

Noise levels from the road and other people’s balconies

Location is perfect, the space is perfect, the facilities are modern and perfect. I find it very hard to leave. The management is very good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been reseptive in decent time. And have been a big help

Nothing comes to mind, honestly very happy with everything

I love the area so much, so close to transport, local shops and nightlife. A short walk from parks and can even walk into central London if you’re trying to get your steps in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Usually pretty fast to respond when you message them directly and always friendly

Would like to be updated more on window cleaning and garden maintenance

We’re lucky to have a great selection of bars, restaurants, and shops practically on our doorstep, which makes day-to-day living fun and convenient. There are also great transport links nearby, which is ideal for commuting or exploring other parts of the city. On the downside the nearby main road can get noisy and occasionally dirty but it's a small thing in an otherwise great experience

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Plenty! We had an issue with our washing machine and they came right around and fixed it right away. They're also very respondent via Whatsapp and Email to issues like heating outages, clarifications on contract details, etc... I will say they seem to have a lot on their plate managing multiple sites but the delay when it happens is never unreasonable

Nothing really tbh, it was all made really clear from the get go.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s great having Sainsbury’s next door and the local bars and cafes are cool. Well & Fed does decent coffee and the Copper Tap is a nice quiet pub. It’s relatively busy on the street but that’s ok as it makes the area seem quite safe. Transport via bus is good and the overground is good, shame there’s no tube but that’s south London for you.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’ve been pretty quick to respond. Sometimes I have to follow up to get an answer from them but they’re always willing to help and sort out any issues I have as a tenant.

I viewed the place online so actually didn’t realise how spacious it would be, bedrooms and sitting room.
